Tempera on mounted fabric. 49.5 x 35.5 cm. Note: The brother of painter Ivar Arosenius, this artist expressed a certain interest in Islam through his paintings. Perhaps this was an echo of Ivan Aguéli, a Swedish painter who converted to Islam in 1896.
